• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy development
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to achieve favourable outcomes
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and case developments
• Stay updated on changes in legislation and legal precedents that may affect client cases

To be successful in this position you will be an experienced solicitor or CILEX, with experience associated with Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection matters, Trusts, and Estate Administration.
