Location: Haydock
Pay Rates: £18 to £20 per hour
Schedule: The shifts need to incorporate working Friday & Saturday nights, but could be flexible regarding what the other shifts were (E.G. this could be Tuesday to Saturday, or Friday to Tuesday etc.)
As a Class 1 Night Shift Driver, you will be required to complete deliveries and load trailers, which will involve tying down pallets and opening/closing curtains.
Your Responsibilities as a Class 1 Night Shift Driver:
- Operate Class 1 vehicles safely and efficiently
- Perform regular vehicle checks to ensure safety and compliance
- Comply with WTD, driver hours & rest periods
What You Need as a Class 1 Night Shift Driver:
- Valid CAT C+E licence/LGV 1/HGV 1 licence
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience with Class 1 vehicles
- Valid CPC & Digi cards
- No more than six points on your licence, with no DD, CD, DR, IN, or TT codes accepted
