Connect Appointments have a new in opportunity in East Kilbride for Assembly Operators.
This is a full-time temporary-to-permanent position:
- Day shift: Monday to Friday, 7:20am to 4:20pm – with an early finish on Friday
- £11.50 per hour
Working as an Assembly Operator, your duties will include:
- Maintaining daily work records
- Laying out components for assembly manufacturing operations
- Completing quality checks and paperwork every day to ensure company standards are met
- Communicating assembly productivity to the line manager
- Tool setting and tool management
To be successful in this Assembly Operator role, you will ideally have previous experience in a similar role or other fast-paced environment, combined with:
- Previous experience with hand tools
- The ability to read drawings (preferable)
- Strong organisational skills
