Location: Hull
Pay Rates:
- £13.40 p/h for first 8.5 hours
- £15.63 p/h after 8.5 hours
- Nights out £26.20
What We’re Looking For:
We require Class 1 Tanker Drivers with previous experience loading/unloading using pumps and compressors (ideally with ADR). We are looking for drivers who are willing to tramp away
There may be a requirement to cover container work on Tuesdays and Wednesdays – drivers will need to have experience operating sliding chassis and operating in port terminals. There will potentially be a requirement to night out on Tuesday night if on this pattern.
Your Responsibilities as a Class 1 Driver:
- Operate Class 1 vehicles safely and efficiently
- Perform regular vehicle checks to ensure safety and compliance
- Comply with WTD, driver hours & rest periods
What You Need as a Class 1 Driver:
- Valid CAT C+E licence/LGV 1/HGV 1 licence
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with Class 1 vehicles
- Valid CPC & Digi cards
- ADR would be desirable, but not essential
- No more than six points on your licence, with no DD, CD, DR, IN, or TT codes accepted
