Connect Appointments have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join one of our Kirkcaldy based clients, on a full-time permanent basis.
What’s on offer?
- Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 17:00
- £30,000 per annum
- Full-time permanent position
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be required to assist with incoming calls, and emails regarding customer orders and general enquiries. Your duties will be customer-centred ensuring a positive experience for all:
- Responding to customer queries
- Escalating problems to the technical team or other members of the product team
- Updating customer information in the company database
- Providing information about new and existing products and services
- Tracking and processing new orders and refunds
- Making sales and processing payments, when necessary
- Performing administrative tasks as assigned by the Supervisor
To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills, traits and experience:
