Connect Appointments are recruiting for a HR Assistant to join a dynamic expanding team with our Lochgelly-based client!

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm (4 days working remotely, one day in the office)

Salary: £24,000 per annum

As a HR Assistant, your role will be centred around assisting in the recruitment process for both factory and retail sites:

  • Maintaining HR records and systems
  • Responsible for recruiting and hiring new staff
  • Other general admin duties

As a central member of the team, you will have previous experience within a HR or other people management role. The successful HR Assistant will also require:

  • Superb communication skills
  • Access to your own transport and a valid driving licence
  • The ability to build a rapport quickly
  • Excellent attention to detail
