As an Advocacy Team Lead, you’ll:
- Lead and mentor a team of advocates, driving performance and professional growth
- Collaborate with management to ensure the highest standards of advocacy practice
- Conduct regular reviews and training to maintain and improve service delivery
- Manage resources effectively to meet contractual requirements and KPIs
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote best practices
This role requires proactive performance management, fostering continuous improvement, and contributing to a culture that reflects our client’s values.
