We’re seeking reliable and motivated individuals to become Production Operatives within our prestigious food production and manufacturing client.
Schedule: 5 days over 6, with a range of start times to suit you
Pay rate: £11.55 per hour
Working as a Production Operative, your day-to-day duties will include:
- Operating light machinery to produce a variety of products
- Picking and packing finished products
- Conducting quality checks throughout the entire process
- Transporting trays of goods to fridges and trolleys
- Ensuring the working area is clean and free from obstacles
- Following company instructions and procedures
- Any other general production duties as required
To be successful within this Production Operative role, you will ideally have previous experience within a production/manufacturing environment – with work in a food/bakery environment a distinct advantage. You will also have the following skills and traits:
- The ability to work on your own and as part of a team
- Able to follow both written and verbal instructions
- An excellent level of hygiene
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Strong attention to detail
