Connect Appointments are seeking a Purchasing & Logistics Assistant for work with our established client in Broxburn!

Salary: Starting at £25,000 per annum

Working within an established team, the successful candidate will ensure the ongoing efficiency of fulfilling both internal requirements and customer requests. As a Purchasing & Logistics Assistant, you will also be responsible for:

  • Following internal processes that meet ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards
  • Liaising with multiple stakeholders, including suppliers, customers and internal teams
  • Assisting with paperwork and documentation
  • Providing customers with quotes

The successful Purchasing & Logistics Assistant will have:

  • Previous admin experience
  • Knowledge of SAGE Accounts 50
  • Strong IT skills
  • Excellent communication
  • A positive, can-do attitude
