Connect Appointments have exciting opportunities for Warehouse Operatives in Larkhall, South Lanarkshire!
Pay rate: £11.44 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm
As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll work in a warehouse that receives and ships room-temperature, chilled, and frozen food. You will be required to work in refrigerated/chilled spaces for parts of your shift. Your responsibilities will also include:
- Handling goods and products in the stockroom
- Using a power pallet truck to move products safely
- Manual handling
- Loading/unloading packed seafood
- Basic production, and manufacturing duties
The ideal Warehouse Operative will have:
- Experience in a warehouse environment
- Experience using a power pallet truck
- An understanding of chilled legislation
- An understanding of quality procedures
