Connect Appointments have work available in the Motherwell area for reliable individuals to become Warehouse Parcel Sorters within our client’s Eurocentral Warehouse Depot.

- On-going work with various shifts available – starting from 4am
- £11.44 per hour, rising to £13.21 after 12 weeks for hours worked between 4am and 6am
- Immediate starts for the right candidates
- Permanent positions available
- Full training
Please Note – Due to the location and start times of some shifts, access to your own transport would be beneficial.
Working as a Warehouse Parcel Sorter, your duties will include:
- Loading and unloading of delivery vans
- Picking and transportation of customer orders;
- Ensuring that all items that are loaded/unloaded match the relevant paperwork;
- Reporting any damaged/missing items to Warehouse Managers/Supervisors;
- Keeping the warehouse environment clean and tidy and maintaining warehouse equipment;
- Assisting with warehouse inventory controls;
- General warehouse and labourer duties
To be successful in this Warehouse Parcel Sorter position, you will ideally have previous experience in a warehouse or other fast-paced environment, although not essential as full training is provided. Combined with:
- Good physical strength and fitness
- Excellent team-working skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Great organisational and record-keeping skills
- The ability to work effectively under limited supervision
- Flexibility to work different shifts through the week
